As the engaged couple awaits the birth of their first child, Katrina Gorry sends her footballer fiancée a Mother's Day message

Clara Markstedt and Katrina Gorry already have a child together, and later this year, they are expecting a second one. Gorry wrote a beautiful note to her partner

On Mother's Day, Katrina Gorry wrote a loving note to her partner Clara Markstedt, letting her know that they were looking forward to having their second child together.

The 31-year-old Gorry announced her pregnancy to her football player fiancé Markstedt last year on Instagram, sharing a sweet photo of the two of them with their dog and two-year-old daughter Harper.

Posting ultrasound pictures of their unborn child, the caption said, 'Adding more love to our love tale.'

Eventually, they revealed the child's gender, and Gorry said on social media, "I guess we are BOY moms now."

After Markstedt, 34, signed with English team West Ham United, he and Gorry, who were colleagues at Swedish club Vittsjo GIK, moved to London.

Now that they've made their home in the English city, Gorry posted a touching Instagram homage to her soulmate on Sunday.

Her message read,  "Happy Mother's Day, my love."

"They are happy because they were all pretty excited and they wanted a boy." Katrina stated to the media.

Clara acknowledges that she has not been well for a large portion of the pregnancy, thus it has not been easy.

"I recently tried a new medication, and it's really improved my health." "When I was sitting in the bathroom feeling sick," she remarked.

Having carried their child the last time, Katrina has stated that she understands the pain and feels a great deal of empathy for her spouse who is pregnant.

It's been unusual not to be able to feel anything and to be watching him develop rather than carrying him, but having a companion to go through it with this time has been great, she remarked.
In June, the couple will welcome their son.
